In an effort to keep the pace of this event moving many of the common charity golf aspects will not be included in this event such as putting contests, mulligan tickets, raffles tickets, live raffle auctions, long drive people charging you to hit your tee shot etc. etc. Instead when you finish your round we will only request one other way to give to this wonderful cause for Melanoma research by bidding on a Silent Auction item(s). There will be a tremendous display of gifts, retail packages and sports collectibles.

If you have a client who wishes to donate any sports collectibles, or you are wanting to put together some type of retail package to donate then simply download the form below, complete it and send in the physical donation. Be sure that you have included the retail value of this donation which is your tax deduction. If you’re donating some type of service, or something that the “buyer” must go to a store and pick-up and it is NOT the physical item, then please create an official CERTIFICATE from your company and send that in with your completed form.
