The event program is an 8 1/2 X 11, full color booklet. Each player will receive a copy of the program. Even without playing in this event you can promote your business as well as donate to the ongoing Melanoma research by MRF.

How to place an Ad in our 2006 event program.
  • Download the Ad Placement form.
  • Select which size Ad you would like to place.
  • Create and prepare your camera art in a PDF file format.
  • Email your PDF file artwork to Kevin E. West, ONLY!!
  • Place “Tournament Artwork” in the subject line of the email.
  • FAX Ad form to, 818-509-0646.
  • If not paying by credit card, then mail your payment to the address listed on the form.
